My coaching practice is ethical and transparent. A first meeting allows us to discuss your coaching goals and check that we can progress with a coaching relationship that will support you achieve the goals that you want in your career, educational studies or for your personal wellbeing.

I follow the ethical principles of the Association for Coaching and summarise these in my coaching agreement.

I provide a teaching starter before a practical session in which teachers work in pairs or triads. I provide ongoing feedback throughout the session. I finish by drawing together the key learning and providing a framework for continuing to use the skill in school.

Summary Coaching Skills for teachers aims to provide the skills needed to have peer 2 peer coaching sessions. Useful skills for schools that use a Professional Growth model as the basis of teacher development and achieving school focused goals. Coaching Skills for teachers can be used in staff meetings in pairs or triads.
